I'm delighted to see Pushing Up daisies on your reading list! I hope you like it. I've just delivered book two in the series, The Big Dirt Nap (Feb. 2009.) That tart on your last entry looks amazing. I may try it. I love to bake, particularly fruit tarts and pies. Made Martha Stewart's strawberry cream cake for MY fourth of July celebration. Good recipe. Also, for fall..try her cranberry tart (in Entertaining.) It's fool proof.
    Cheers,

I was pleasantly suprised to see your comment, and am excited to read the second book in the series. I thoroughly enjoyed the first and have recommended it to three other people so far, who are also enjoying it! And, for the food, I have to post many more. I love baking (cooking in general) and sometimes think I missed my calling! Thanks again for the comment, and well wishes for your continued success!
